This guide will explain how the Loyalty Point benefit program is configured. This is done via the POS backoffice.
In the POS backoffice the loyalty point exchange rate can be configured for the price region. This must be set for loyalty points to work with Ordin.
To allow customers to earn Loyalty Points a Loyalty Point reward must be defined on the price of the products. This is done by editing the price of the product in the POS backoffice.
Its possible to setup some extra limitations to the Loyalty Point program in Ordin. These limitations include specifying what stores the program work in and what types of products the benefit can be used to pay for. These settings are configured on the screen shown below.
