Ordin has a number of different loyalty features that aim to help businesses sell more and increase repeat purchases.
This guide will give a brief overview of the different loyalty features that Ordin has to offer.
Ordin has two different concepts for loyalty:
Loyalty Benefit refers to the benefit that can be used when placing an order to get a discount.
Loyalty Program refers to the different ways that a customer can obtain loyalty benefits.
Loyalty Benefits
- Discount. A percentage discount on your entire order. Can be rewarded either by adding a customer to a group or by giving a specific profile a discount.
- Voucher. Can be used to pay for a product. Can be the reward with a gift card program or via a promo code program.
- Balance. Contains money that can be used to pay for an order. Can be the reward with a gift card program.
- Loyalty Points. Contains loyalty points that can be used to pay for an order. Loyalty points have a conversion rate into the currency used by the store.
Loyalty Programs
- Loyalty Points. Lets customers earn loyalty points by purchasing certain products and use those points to pay for future orders.
- Personal Discount. Give special customers a personal discount that they can use.
- Promo Codes. Create a promo code that customers can enter in the checkout screen to receive a benefit. A Promo Code can either be
- Stamp Cards. Create a stamp card program that lets customers fill up a stamp card when buying certain products and safe up for a free item.
- Gift Cards. Buy a gift card and use it later.
- Customer Groups. Setup a group where all members receive a benefit. Can be used to manage Friends & Family or Staff discounts.
