The POS Integration is showing an error

If the POS Integration is red, then the connection to the POS Backoffice might be down.

To fix this issue follow these steps:

  1. Go to ExtendaGO Backoffice and navigate to the Ordin Integration

  2. Copy the “URL Subdomain” and press “DISCONNECT”.

  3. Once disconnected re-enter the same “URL Subdomain” and press “SAVE”

  4. Once loading has completed, click the “GO TO BACKOFFICE” button, to go to the Ordin Backoffice and verify that the POS Integration now works.

Products are not syncing correctly

If there are products showing in Ordin, which have been deleted in the POS backoffice, or if new products aren’t showing then try the following steps:

  1. Go to the Ordin backoffice.

  2. Ensure that the POS integration is active and not showing an error like here.

  3. Select the POS integration and sync

  4. Update the website

Changes made are not showing on the website

If you’ve just created a new store, turned on online ordering or added a new order type, then changes that you make to the website might not update as you’d expect. This is because Ordin doesn’t completely create the website till past midnight. To view changes that you’re making to the website immediately you have the following option:

If the url for the website that you are working on is: https://ordindemo.ordin.online/menu/pick_up/komoku

Then you can add the country code with “-fresh” to the url like this:
