This guide will explain how to setup a Stamp Card program. Once setup the stamp card will be shown to the customer in the menu as shown below.

This is a screenshot of the Stamp Card program as shown in the checkout screen. 1/4 refers the the number of stamps already received versus how many is needed to trigger the benefit. +1 refers the number of stamps that will be received when placing the order.

This is a screenshot from the menu and shows that purchasing a Cola will reward a stamp on the 5th drink freeze stamp card.

Creating the stamp program

In the Ordin backoffice, click on Stamp Cards from the Loyalty section to bring up the list of existing stamp cards and the ability to create a new one.

Specify the name of the stamp card program along with how many stamps the card needs in order to trigger the benefit.

The benefit is then defined in the Benefit settings section. Stamp cards can only reward voucher benefits which can be used as payment of a product in a future order.

Specify what products or product categories the voucher can be used to pay for.

OBS! If left blank the benefit can be used to pay for all products in the menu.

OBS! “Usable with” does not specify what product that reward stamps, only what products the rewarded benefit can be used to pay for.

It’s also possible to specify what stores the voucher can be used in, but it will work in all stores if left blank.

Configure products to reward stamps

Once a Stamp Card program has been configured it’ll be possible to connect the program to those products that should reward a stamp when purchased.

OBS! Checking the stamp card program for a product does not mean that the rewarded benefit can be used as payment for this product, this is controlled by the benefit settings as described above.
