Introduction
This document outlines the terms of use relating to any Ordin solution owned by Ordin ApS. By using an Ordin solution, all parties agree to the terms set forth in this document.
1. Parties
- Ordin – The party that develops and maintains the Ordin Software, which includes:
- Ordin Ordering Website – The software that enables online sales and purchases via a website.
- Ordin Ordering Custom App – The software that enables online sales and purchases via a custom app.
- Ordin Ordering Solution – A collective reference to the Ordin Ordering Website and Ordin Ordering Custom App.
- Ordin Backoffice - The software used by the Business to manage all data relating to Ordin, along with the integration with the POS Provider.
- Ordin Solution - Collectively refers to all the above Ordin products.
- POS Provider – The party that develops the POS System with which Ordin must be used. Current POS Providers include ExtendaGO and Superb Experience.
- Distributor – The party that distributes the Ordin Software along with the POS System. The POS Provider may also be the Distributor.
- Business – The party that uses the Ordin Software to sell products online. The Business must purchase a license from the Distributor and will receive a Business Online Ordering Website hosted under a business-specific subdomain.
- Consumer – The end-user who places orders via the Business’s Online Ordering Solution.
1. Ordin Software
The Ordin Software enables Consumers to purchase and order goods from a Business through its designated Online Ordering Solution. Ordin itself does not sell goods or services directly to Consumers.

1. Relationship Between Consumer and Business
By placing an order via any Ordin Ordering Solution, the Consumer acknowledges that:
- They are entering into a purchase agreement directly with the Business and not with Ordin.
- Ordin is solely a technology provider facilitating the order.
- Any disputes regarding orders (e.g., cancellations, refunds, quality concerns) must be resolved with the Business from which the order was placed.
- Ordin shall not be liable for any issues related to the fulfillment, quality, or delivery of an order. Any claims, disputes, or refunds must be handled directly with the Business from which the order was placed.
