Online Ordering is Ordin’s main feature.
In order to start accepting online orders, a store has to be setup in the POS backoffice.
All stores from the POS Backoffice will be shown in the Ordin Backoffice. Click the edit icon to bring up the Store Settings:
Under the Store tab, make sure the store is Active and that the Website is enabled. With these settings enabled, a menu page will be created for this store.
Make sure that the store has opening hours, to show when the store is open and when orders can be placed. If no opening hours are defined in the POS back office, then these can be defined directly in Ordin. Edit opening hours under the Hours tab
Under the Ordering tab the following most be configured.
The URL name is the name of the store as it should appear in the URL.
Online ordering available must be checked, before orders can be placed.
A Payment setting must be selected in order to take payments online. They Payment later option is available without any payment settings. The link below explains how to start using Adyen to accept online payments.
